At Locality Store, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer 30-day returns on all unworn items with original tags. Our streamlined process ensures your exchange or refund is handled quickly so you can get back to styling your wardrobe.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Locality Store account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn garments with all original packaging and tags into the shipping box, ensuring you include the printed return slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
